OUTLoud Project Manager – Youth Suicide Prevention Program. YSPP focuses on collaboration and communty education in order to reduce the rate of suicide amongst youth in Washington State. OUTLoud focuses on the risks for suicide, self harm, and depression amongst LGBTQ youth and the connections between bullying and negative mental health outcomes. Heather brings a passion for cultural competency to her work at YSPP and envisions a time when we appreciate and value our differences and recognize the similarities within all of us.
