Chris Tugwell is the director of technology programs at the Metrocenter YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Seattle. He provides leadership for digital inclusion and employment and training programs for youth and adults. In addition, he manages Puget SoundOff.org, an innovative, local civic engagement website that offers young people meaningful opportunities to publish content, learn from and collaborate with peers. He received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Phoenix and serves on the Communities Connect Network Board.
